Some requestors may ask for an additional certificate such as "an Authenticator Certificate", "Validity Certificate", "Certificate of Approval", "Certificate of Completion" for the notarised online document. This is typically the case for more complex documents like Loan or Seller's Packages.
In such cases, the OneNotary platform offers an additional certificate in the form of a cover page. This cover page contains session information about all signers and their signatures. Just select 'Package Signing' when inviting the client.
Notaries on the Basic subscription plan can initiate a maximum of 3 package signings per month. If you need to perform more package signings, please consider upgrading to the Notary Professional subscription.
