This feature is designed to provide flexibility and a personalized experience for your clients who prefer or require in-person notarization.
Here is how it works:
A commissioned notary will meet your signer in person to notarize the printed documents. Your signer chooses the time and place.
How to request a Mobile Notary service:
- Log in to your OneNotary business account from the OneNotary platform
- Navigate to the My Documents section.
- Click New Document and select the Mobile Notary option.
- Upload the document(s) and choose the document type.
- Indicate whether the notary needs to print the documents for your signer and send them to you.
- Enter your Primary Signer’s email address.
- Once the signer receives an invitation, they can select the time and location.
- Once the session is complete, the status will update in your account, and you will be able to download a copy of the notarized document and see the session details.
