As a Business account, you now have the advantage of offering Mobile Notary sessions for your clients!

This feature is designed to provide flexibility and a personalized experience for your clients who prefer or require in-person notarization. 

Here is how it works:

A commissioned notary will meet your signer in person to notarize the printed documents. Your signer chooses the time and place.


How to request a Mobile Notary service:

  1. Log in to your OneNotary business account from the OneNotary platform 
  2. Navigate to the My Documents section.
  3. Click New Document and select the Mobile Notary option.
  4. Upload the document(s) and choose the document type.
  5. Indicate whether the notary needs to print the documents for your signer and send them to you.  
  6. Enter your Primary Signer’s email address.
  7. Once the signer receives an invitation, they can select the time and location. 
  8. Once the session is complete, the status will update in your account, and you will be able to download a copy of the notarized document and see the session details.
