OneNotary offers notaries with approved profiles the opportunity to perform traditional mobile notarizations. These assignments are for General Notary Work, not for real estate transactions, and are compensated at the usual OneNotary rate.

Mobile notarization is now available in all U.S. states. When entering your address and ZIP code, you can include several nearby ZIP codes where you are willing to travel for mobile notarization appointments.

How It Works

Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you will be eligible to receive mobile notarization assignments.

1. Assignment Offer

When a mobile notarization request becomes available in your region, a OneNotary agent will reach out to confirm your availability and discuss details.

2. Assignment Confirmation

Once you confirm your availability, we will assign the request to you and provide the details in your OneNotary account under the session information.

3. Performing the Notarization

You will contact the signer to confirm the appointment, go to the location, and complete the notarization on paper.

4. Completing and Confirming the Assignment

When the notarization is completed, the notary confirms it on the OneNotary platform. You will be able to review session details in the electronic Notary Journal.

They are based on the number of documents you notarized and issued biweekly to your Stripe Account.
