Once you submit your personal and notary details, you can proceed with your application as a mobile notary or extend your commission to RON.
At the moment:
- OneNotary is registered as RON provider in 18 States (check if your State is on the list).
- OneNotary is building a nationwide mobile notary network. If registered, we'll review your profile and notify you when we open in your location. Additional information and training may be needed.
Once you have your approved profile as a mobile notary, you can extend your commission to conduct remote online notarizations. You will need to go to the section eNotary/IPEN Details, upload your electronic credentials, and submit your profile for review.
