If you have chosen on-paper notarization, the session will happen offline. The notary will notarize your documents, comment in the journal, and confirm the visit on the OneNotary portal.
The requestor is only charged after the notary confirms the notarization completion. They’ll receive an email from the OneNotary service, and the sender will get the receipt.
The request page will show that the session is completed and the amount charged. If you accidentally close that page, you can always find it again by clicking the link in your invitation email.
