In-person electronic notarization (IPEN/eNotary) is similar to traditional paper-based notarization: the signer and notary meet to review the documents. The key difference is that the documents are in electronic format, and a computer or mobile device is used to sign them. Electronic signatures and stamps replace traditional ink signatures and stamps.


  1. When you meet the mobile notary, make sure to prepare a computer or smartphone
  2. Open the request page
  3. Accept the notary invitation to connect


  4. Fill out the form and place your signature



  5. The notary will fill out her part and place her stamp
  6. After the session is completed, you can download the documents. The notarized documents will be available for download for 7 days
