Online notarization allows all participants to sign digital documents remotely during the session with a notary present. The online notarization session is very similar to a regular notarization. The only difference is that both the notary and the signer meet in a secure virtual environment from their own computers.

Where to Start

  1. If you are new to the OneNotary Platform, visit the OneNotary website, click Notarize Now. You'll be redirected to the Create a New Account page.

  2. Create a OneNotary account if you are new to the platform. Enter your email address and password and hit return. If you already have a OneNotary account, just choose LogIn




  3. Once logged in, select One-Time Notarization and create your remote online notarization session.

  4. Read and follow the rest of the screen prompts to upload your documents and add additional signers or witnesses.


  5. Next, it will log you back into your OneNotary account, and you will see the session you created. Anytime you need to pick up where you left off, click the paper icon under the Actions column for that session.


Make sure to confirm your email address when you get an email from no-reply@onenotary.us.
