Your notary profile contains all the information required to verify your account information through your record on the Department of State website. It includes:
- Your photo (check what photo is good for a profile)
- Your full name as on your Notary Commission
- Your contact details
- Commission expiration date
- Spoken languages
While English is the default language of the OneNotary platform, we know that some signers would prefer to use another language. In the section below, you can select other languages for this purpose. Please only indicate that you speak a language if you can communicate with your clients adequately in this language.
