The OneNotary platform will ensure the notary is assigned to your request and meets you on time. Once a notary is assigned, you’ll receive a notification confirming the assignment, and you can also see the notary details in the request page.

If there are any changes and the notary is reassigned, you will receive an updated notification with the new notary information.

When the visit is confirmed, meet the notary as agreed. 


  • If you have chosen on-paper notarization, the session will happen offline. The notary will notarize your documents, comment in the journal, and confirm the visit on the OneNotary portal.

  • If you have chosen electronic signing, you'll need a laptop or smartphone. Learn how electronic signing works here.


After the notary confirms the session, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a receipt.
