The OneNotary platform will ensure the notary is assigned to your request and meets you on time. Once a notary is assigned to your request, you’ll see it in the request details on the request page.

When the visit is confirmed, meet the notary as agreed. 


  • If you have chosen on-paper notarization, the session will happen offline. The notary will notarize your documents, comment in the journal, and confirm the visit on the OneNotary portal.

  • If you have chosen electronic signing, you'll need a laptop or smartphone. Learn how electronic signing works here.


After the notary confirms the session, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a receipt.
