When you have a Professional or Enterprise business plan, you can invite your own in-house notaries to serve your clients.


Important: Before adding a notary to your business account, the OneNotary Onboarding team must approve the notary.


Adding a Notary


  1. Navigate to the Team settings in your business profile https://app.onenotary.us/accounts/profile/team

  2. Hit the "Add a Notary" button and enter the notary’s email address in a field that appears.

  3. You will see the added notary under the "Invited Notaries" group. 

  4. The notary will receive an invitation via email to join your team. After the invitation is accepted, the notary will move to the 'Active Notaries' group.
