The online notarization starts when all participants complete Identity Verification and reach the notary session page. Then, please follow these steps:


1. Сonnect to the Notary

On the session page look for a pop-up window with a "Connect" button. Click it within 2 minutes.


Next, OneNotary will admit you to a secure meeting room. Here you can communicate with the notary and review the document for notarization.


2. Identity Confirmation

The notary will check your submitted ID and confirm your identity. 


3. Verbally Contempt and Agreement

The notary walks you through each step of the process and gets your verbal agreement to proceed with the remote online notarization session.
