Your demo notarization allows you to showcase your notary skills, understanding of the RON process, and usage of the OneNotary Platform.
Please look at our training video on how to create the test notarization. OneNotary allows the creation of test sessions to practice and perform demo notarizations free of charge.
We suggest:
- Inviting a friend as a signer
- Wearing a professional-looking outfit
- Ensuring that the area behind you presents a professional appearance
- Choosing a one-page sample document
- Using our notary script to guide your session
- Ensuring you fill out the document and affix your eNotary seal
When the session is over, press the “Complete Session” button. The video of your session will be stored in your Notary Journal so you can review it.
The demo session ID for your application can be found on the left-hand side of the completed session in the Notary Journal.
Choose your best session as an online notary. This may be a test session with a friend or a real session with a client. We will review how you communicate with the client and complete the paperwork.
