Required appointment details
- Signer’s full name (for further communication and identity verification)
- Visit time
- Phone number
- Visit address
- Availability of valid Photo ID to prove the signer’s identity
The notary will reach out to you by phone to confirm the visit.
You will see the notary details on the request page. If you accidentally close that page, you can always find it from the link in your invitation email.
