Note: You will have access to your documents for only 7 days after notarization is completed.
To find your notarized document:
Go to the My Documents section in your OneNotary account.
Find the notarization session you need.
Click on Download Documents.
Download from email
You can also download your document immediately following the notarization session.
Click on the blue Get Documents button within your confirmation email.
If the email is not in your inbox, check your junk, spam, and promotions email folders.
