Whenever you experience a problem with audio/video connection on iOS iPad or iPhone, here is what you can do to resolve the issue. The example below illustrates how to fix a Safari browser. The principle is very similar for Google Chrome.
1. Make sure that your microphone is not muted and the camera is on
2. Check your browser settings:
2.1 Go toSettings your telephone or tablet | |
2.2 Scroll down to the applications list. In the application list chooseSafari | |
2.3 Go to the Settings for Websites | |
2.4 Choose the Camera and make sure access is not set to "Deny" | |
2.5 Choose the Microphone and make sure access is not set to "Deny" |
3. Refresh your browser
