Whenever you experience a problem with audio/video connection on iOS iPad or iPhone, here is what you can do to resolve the issue. The example below illustrates how to fix a Safari browser. The principle is very similar for Google Chrome.


1. Make sure that your microphone is not muted and the camera is on

2. Check your browser settings: 


2.1 Go toSettings your telephone or tablet
2.2 Scroll down to the applications list. In the application list chooseSafari
2.3 Go to the Settings for Websites

2.4 Choose the Camera and make sure access is not set to "Deny"


2.5 Choose the Microphone and make sure access is not set to "Deny"



3. Refresh your browser
