- All documents notarized online are 100% digital. All final notarization documents are PDFs sealed with a digital certificate. Please note that the OneNotary service does not provide "wet sign" or "wet stamp" options for any documents, nor does the platform offer document mailing services.
- Any attempt to edit a notarized online document after it has been sealed with a digital certificate will invalidate it. This means that both you and the notary cannot make any changes to the document once the online session has concluded. If you require updates or changes, please request a new notary session.
