OneNotary can offer notarization services to non-U.S. citizens, but it's essential to meet the following requirements:
Have a National Passport or U.S. Passport Card ready. Alternatively, you can use a Driver's License or ID card issued by a U.S. state or outlying possession.
- Have a Social Security Number (SSN) at least two years old. An ITIN number is not acceptable.
- Have a valid U.S. address associated with your SSN

We use a photo ID and Social Security Number (SSN) to verify your identity through Knowledge Base Authentication (KBA), as mandated by current remote online notarization state laws.
Currently, for certain business customers, OneNotary offers Biometric Identity Verification as an alternative to KBA.
