Important notes
- All documents notarized online are 100% digital. All final notarization documents are PDF files sealed with a digital certificate. Please note that the OneNotary service does not provide "wet sign" or "wet stamp" options for any documents, nor does the platform offer document mailing services.
- After a notarized online document has been sealed with a digital certificate it may not be edited. The document will be invalidated if any attempts to edit it are made. This means that both you and the notary cannot make any changes to the document once the online session has been completed. Please request a new notary session if you need to update or change anything.
